This monthly Mindful Thursdays workshop at the Halligan Creative Arts Center is designed to introduce participants to the practice of mindfulness with curiosity, patience, compassion and humor. We are human and life takes a lot out of us, for sure. The practice of mindfulness can help.
Each monthly session will include Insight (learning about mindfulness), Practice (breathwork, gentle movement, guided meditation) and Reflection: Journaling & Discussion
The October 17th program, "Mindful Tricks & Treats" will include a seasonal focused learning and practicing of 1-2 mindful skills. Mindful Matters will provide journals & a seasonal gift for all attendees. All are welcome!
